We built this because we were tired of being lied to.

The Problem

The fitness industry sells you a fantasy: wake up at 5am, prep your meals on Sunday, train 5 days a week, drink 3 litres of water, meditate, journal, stretch, sleep 8 hours. If you can't do that, you're not trying hard enough.

That works if you're 23, single, and work from home.

It doesn't work if you're on your feet for 12 hours, picking the kids up at 3, cooking dinner at 6, and collapsing at 10. It doesn't work if you work nights. It doesn't work if money's tight. It doesn't work for most people.

And yet most people think they're the problem.

They're not. The advice is the problem.

What We Believe

Health is not a body type. It's not a personal best. It's not a before-and-after photo.

Health is:

  • Sleeping enough to function
  • Eating something that isn't beige every day
  • Moving your body in any way that doesn't feel like punishment
  • Not hating yourself for falling short of someone else's standard

That's it. Everything else is bonus.
